Still looking for a place
Guys i still need to find a condo out here in Long Beach, LA area... anyone who has any ideas, hit me up please! this drive to work (75 miles each way) is killin me!
Ive looked online and tried a couple engine searches, but if anyone has any more info hit me up!

right on thanks T! like i said i found a couple, im gonna check em out, but im thinking of just renting a condo now instead of buying, cuz ill want to buy a house in a year or two... so let me know..... or where the hell i should check.

I live in Westchester...no garage...just a carport...and a 300 pound neighbor that you would park next to...and she has no qualms about denting your car...and it is kinda in the hood...i would definently look in Torrance for a condo.

yeah im checking torrance as we speak.....
i need a garage im scared to leave my car in a car port... but ill still check em out

i hear ya, well im not gonna be alone, just so you know, but i dont wanna pay more than like 2000/month.... im not BUYING, im gonna rent a condo until i find a house, but for now thats what i WANT to pay, if it happens, cool, but im ready to face it that i might be paying more.

Rep Power: 346 A lot of people use Westside rentals...but is costs $$$...people in my office have split the costs and have found places using it.

yeah i been driving around. i saw westside rentals and they charge like 60 bucks or something, so i didnt do it, but if i need to i will

I think that may be ok too...it would prolly be me and my wife, this guy from Pedro...and two other people....we would have to find a winter league, so it may not be for awhile.

Rep Power: 321 sunday is on girl, my friend called up lastnight and confirmed..i took a drive from my house to LAX today, the drive in the afternoon time from the 605 to LAX was only 30 min...on my way home in traffic it was about 45 min and i exeited the freeway at the 605 and took the streets from there and it was about 1hr..normal drive time from my house to Down town LA...so you figure my friend only live like 25 min from me...

Rep Power: 0 you should move to downey so i wont be the only 7thgen member here. kinda pricey though, parents said some couple down the street offered 900k for our house!! yikes, its only 4 bedrooms too
