FS: Alpine Type-R 10 inch Compound Reflex Subwoofer Box
I'm thinking of selling my Alpine Type-R 10 inch Compound Reflex Subwoofer Box system and upgrading to a JL Audio 12 inch sub in a sealed box.

I've had the Alpine for about 2 months. I have it hooked up to a kenwood amp perfectly matched (also 1000 max 300 rms) so the sub will be in perfect working order.
Here's some more specs...
Preloaded with SWR-1041D, Dual Terminal Cap, Compound Reflex Design, Kevlar Reinforced Pulp Cone.
General
* Compound Reflex Design
* Dual Terminal Cap
* Flared Vent
* Low Tuning Frequency
* MDF Enclosure Construction
* Phase Aligned Exterior Vent
* Preloaded with SWR-1041D
* Power Handling Capacity (Peak) : 1000W
* Power Handling Capacity (RMS) : 300W
Woofer
* Bumped Backplate
* Compound Radius Curve Pole Geometry
* Custom Cast Aluminum Frame with Integrated Heat Transfer Plate
* Designed and Engineered in the USA
* Dual Progressive Oversized Nomex® Spiders
* Dual Stacked Magnets
* Dual Voice Coil Design
* Extra Length Extended Pole
* Flared Pole Vent
* Heavy Duty 8ga. Push Terminals
* High Excursion 1" Santoprene Surround
* High Strength Brass Voice Coil Bobbin
* Integrated Tinsel Lead Design
* Kevlar Reinforced Pulp Cone
* Magnetically Optimized Motor Structure (Pat. Pend.)
* Oversized Parabolic Dustcap
I've had it for about 2 months. I have it hooked up to a perfectly matched kenwood amp (also 1000 max 300 rms) so the sub will be in perfect working order. But i'm not gonna sell the amp though. Just the sub.
Here's a pic in my car

Throw me some offers. The sub/box combo goes for around $300 retail and $200 on sale... but I don't think Alpine makes them anymore so this will be hard to find. I'm looking to get around $170.
