Retrofits hids means taking a oem projector made for HID and placing it to a different housing. Example...taking the projectors off a Audi s4 projectors and mounting it to lets say our oem lights. they TYC for our cars are not meant for HID. Read up on retrofit is all i am saying. Trust me u want to do it the right way. or check out HIDPLANET.COM
Are you trying to say that you have an OEM HID bulbs and ballast and you want it to fit and work in the TYC projectors?
Or do you have another set of HID projectors that you want to be fitted on the TYCs?

i have a hid kit, hot the oem kit that i want to put onto the tycs. i know tycs werent met for hids, but they look friggin sexy , and they will look so much more sexier with hids on them.
I think TYC are H1's...so I hope you have an H1 kit.
Because then its just plug & play and you can do it yourself easily.
Whats meant by "TYCs weren't meant for HIDs" is that the projector itself isn't made for HIDs just like stock halogen housings aren't made for HIDs. But that doesn't mean you cant use HIDs in them. As long as they are aimed right it will be okay. Drawbacks are glare and a very blurry cut off point.
EDIT: If it turns out you have a H1 kit you need installed, I can do that for you.
