Damn, look at my pimped out electric rc. It's a Tamiya TRF 414M .

Damn the electric race car days. Complete Waste of money. sorry. It's cuz everything costed so damn much.

and dru, omg, one of my car bodies was exactly the same as yours, haha. and that civic hatch, was my friend's.

Don't get into electric rc cars, they cost too much money. especially if you want to go really fast with like a 7 turn motor. Oh, and if you have any questions, im pretty sure i can remember everything about the electric cars.

I have two 9.6v powered electric cars. A lambo and a dune buggy... my dune buggy owns its so fast! well for eletric it goes 28mph

I used to have a Micro RS4 too.. but i sold that in a couple months. it was too small/slow.

check out the HID's I put into my 7thgen, lol.

About the turn of the motors. the lower the #, the faster the motor is. but the lowest you really want to go is a 19Turn motor. Cuz if you get say a 10turn motor or lower, you're gonna have to cut your motor with a lathe, like every 3-5 runs. so thats a total hassle. but a 19turn motor will last you a long time, and they're cheap. so when it's dead, you can just buy a new one.

i have a hpi pro 3 i mainly just use it to drift..i used to run nitro cars but i didnt like that fact that it needed alot of maintnence and cost me wayyy more than electric..gas might be fast but drifting is funner! if anyone wanted to know how to drift...instead of putting rubber tires just get some pvc pipes from lowes or home depot..

i went to hobbiepeople.net and and i went to the tamiya section to check out their cars. i think ima get one of those. they r cheap and look seem pretty decent. theres a kit for like $80. so im down for that one. the one i have now, its like everytime im use it, sum new part falls off it. its fallin apart. so im lookin into gettin a new one... tamiya sounds good. what u all think??

If you have friends that have RC cars go for the car, if not get a truck!! When i got the truck it was soo much funner!!!! Cars you get bored really fast cuz all you can do is drive back and forth and you have to watch out for bumps. Its only fun if u take it to a track and race with someone. But with a truck you can climb up hill, jump, kick some dirt......really fun!! I say you get a truck

12turn motor. a 12x2 motor will have more torque than a 12x3. whereas the 12x3 will have more speed but less torque.
