I just got a ticket 3 in the morning. I was cited for 2 counts of stopping violations because i didn't stop on 2 stop signs. I am worried about the following..
1.) Will going to traffic school erase both counts?
2.) Will my parent's find out if i just pay the fine before the court date and go to traffic school?

Traffic school is usually only given if this is your first ticket in the last 3 years of driving. And you still have to pay the fine. You also have to go to court and ask for traffic school.

The cop told me that u can go to traffic school after 12 months from the date of the previous ticket. The last time I got a ticket was over 2 years ago.

if your over 18 why are you worried that your rents will find out. Also, you can only do traffic school on 1 of the 2 violations, been there.

i think the only way ur parents would find out is when they mail u about the ticket and if u and ur parents do the same auto insurance like a family plan. (thats how my friends parents found out about his 2 tickets) =D

they will notice sooner or later....
it is best to tell them that u kinda did a rolling stop cuz u were the only one at the time. If they find out without u telling them, u'd be clown.

i had a ticket for speeding and i told my dad, he didn't trip. he was all, "HAHA U DUMBASS!"

i just got a ticket 2 days ago for fjcked up headlight and tint.
Im not gonna say n e thing bout this one cuz its not a moving violation. So all i have to do is pay the fine (lets just hope i get to the mail in time before they do)

Oh yiah, they will find out about ur ticket if u dont get to the mail before they do, cuz its gonna come in the mail.

for one if it was 3 am it must have not been necessarily to make a full stop, and i bet your parents will understand with the time and all of that, also I thought they could only cite you for one thing if they pulled you over, but maybe 2 counts is different, you can fight the ticket and hope the cop wont show up or just pay the fine go to traffic school for 1 pt and your insurance will go up cause of the other

yeah, i'm gonna call the court and see what they say about traffic school erasing both counts.
