i installed OEM keyless/security

dang last i installed my OEM keyless / security system which i bought on ebay for 150$ shipped....it was sooooooo easy. And when i bought the car the dealer wanted to charge me 500$ to get the alarm and it wasnt even the HONDA OEM one.

yea, when it goes off....its soooo loud. if anyone was to steal my car....by the time he/she get the car started (if he/she ever can) their hearing will be f.ucking gone.

hey so the keyless alarm you got is oem or not? cuz i got my 02 ex used and it has the karr alarm system with the keyless entry in it(i think iono, but you can correct me if im wrong) and i was wondering how much would it be to get the remote and activate my alarm at the dealerahip or an estimate. or do you think my car has the alarm system in it? cuz when i got it there was a KARR alarm sticker on it, but now its off cuz my uncel(who put the tint in my car) had to remove the KARR sticker. so any suggestions?

You can tell if it has an alarm by locking the car while you're still in it. Then open the door and see if it starts honking the horn.

yea....like gear box said....u can check it like that.

the KARR system is what the dealers use when the car is on the lot. i dont know where u can get the KARR remote.....but if u can find it...the dealer proply can activate it.....but i would think it gonna cost alot...since they charge u hourly...which is like 70$ ish / hr

Right! And that's why you have to do more than a basic alarm. You need physical barriers--can't rely on electronics alone to save your stuff.
