Accident I was stopped at a light behind a Buick Park Avenue.
A Chevy Lumina Van slams into me from behind; she didn't even bother to brake.
I always keep a "cushion" in front of me and the car in front, and my car was shoved like 10 feet into the car in front of me.
The whole back of my car is so ****ed up, and I have a flip flop trunk now. Haha. DIY
I called the police to come out and make a report on this accident. I called twice, actually --- they refused to come over.
WTF????
I have always had police come out to accidents; this must have been the stupidest dispatcher in the world on shift today.
Turns out the two people I was involved in the accident in were acting stupid and didn't want to give me their info. I was furious.
Not only did one of the bitches slam into me, but she is acting all paranoid when she is the one that hit me?????
I'm sooooooooooo mad. Old white people are always suspicious of me.
I'm so mad.
So I have a really bad headache now, and my whole body hurts soooooooo freaking bad.
I'm like totally hurt. (Not bleeding or anything but still hurt)
Now I guess bye bye altezzas. LOL Some of you will be like, "Yay!" The altezzas are like shattered into little pieces.
I didn't take pics -- no camera. But it's at the shop now.
I was on my way to school too; this morning, I even woke up early to get to school for a quiz.
I missed work today, running around trying to get a car to drive and sort things out.
I'm also going to miss some plans I've made like dates and such!!!!!!
I'm so mad!!!!!!!!

The best thing to do right now is go to an attorney, so you can get some cash outta that old fart! you can get atleast 5gs of pain and suffering if that cop did a good report...
When you get into an accident:
1---always get a police to the scene
2---get a witness if possible, it would help alot if you have 1 more is best
3---always exchange info with the other party
4---never pay anybody with cash in exchange of not reporting the incident (if you have to for some reason that you are really at fault and willing to pay the amount, check the other party's drivers license and insurance card are up to date, if they don't have an isurance, don't pay, if you call the cops you'll win either way!, if they don't have insurance either they leave or cops arrives and they have to pay 2gs for not having ins...)
5---if you have medical insurance, go see a medical doctor even if you didn't have laceration and or abrasion it will help you at a later date on filing a claim against the bastards that hit you.
6---take pictures of injuries with witnesses, if you did went to see a doctor everything should be covered, but take pictures anyway for more evidence
7---Go talk to a good lawyer that can get you money from the bastard that hit you, it's free consultation so why not!
7---Sue the **** out of them... more money for you

It is sorted out now (the info my ins got it) , but I'm pissed that they were acting paranoid and not wanting to give me any of their registration/insurance/license/etc. They insisted on writing down their name and address themself (not handing me the paper to see it; it could have been made up info for all I know).
Anyway, it's done with now.
I'm just venting that my body hurts. I hope I don't get blamed for anything with the car in front of me, because the van slammed me into the Buick. The Buick is like flawless though.

I don't think my car is totalled, but the shop said it could be. IT is definitely at least 6 grand worth of damage to the rear alone.
We'll see.
If it's totalled, I might end up with a new Ford Mustang or something like that.
Anyway, it's done with now.

THE POLICE REFUSED TO COME OUT.
I'm really pissed and am going out now. My parents won't shut the hell up and yell at me for everything. They're acting like this accident is so my fault, when it's not. Hello? I was rear-ended?
They always treat me like everything is my fault. I'm already feeling really bad (pain), and now they're making life at home awful.
I'm leaving.
I called the police. Hello?

THE POLICE REFUSED TO COME OUT.
I'm really pissed and am going out now. My parents won't shut the hell up and yell at me for everything. They're acting like this accident is so my fault, when it's not. Hello? I was rear-ended?

WTF, how the hell can it be her fault if the person rammed into her and made her hit the people infront of her... its that 2 percent that its not her fault cause she hit the people in front of her canuse that first car.... and its that first cars that is to blame for the car infront of her getting hit not her... she didn't purposly hit the people in the front.
i think there is a good chance that ur car might be totalled...

Rep Power: 0 the same thing happened to me this summer... i was going out to a big concert that Everybody goes to up here. the traffic was backed up on the highway.. and so we had to stop. But the dodge 4x4 didnt stop and hit us at 100km/hr. The chick that hit us, got out and ran into a field b4 she even checked if we were ok. There was like 6 cars involved to a lot was going on but still. Turns out she was DUI, probably high but anyways,,, I didnt get a single penny for shiznit.... just a new car... if she had deep pockets i'd be livin somewhere nice right now....

CAR 2 (ME) HAD MORE THAN PROPER DISTANCE ON CAR 3, MORE THAN ONE CAR LENGTH. THE FACT IS THAT I WAS STOPPED WITH MY FOOT HELLA ON THE BRAKE, AND THE CAR THAT SLAMMED INTO ME HAPPENED TO BE A VAN THAT DID NOT EVEN BOTHER TO BRAKE. DO YOU UNDERSTAND THAT IF A VAN HITS A CIVIC AT FULL SPEED WITHOUT BRAKING THAT IT WILL PUSH THE CIVIC (NO MATTER HOW HARD MY FOOT IS ON THE BRAKE) A VERY FAR DISTANCE????? IT PUSHED MY CAR WAY MORE THAN ONE CAR LENGTH, DARLING.

I just don't have anybody (certainly not my mean family or my "girly-girly friends" who understand how much I love my car.
I got a lawyer, and the vehicle that rammed me has admitted fault to hitting me (it's not like you can deny it). I am going to a doctor tomorrow, and hopefully this pain is only temporary. I don't want to become the Hunchback of Notre Dame. What's left is to see if the car in front of me has anything to say, but I won't find out for a long time. I hear things like this take a while to get sorted out. Blah! This is my second three car accident. First my Mazda, and now it's my civic.

. Got so pissed and my parents were soo mad they said it was my fault...WTF!! They said if I wouldnt have gone out and stayed home that wouldve never happened.....its like did i know that it was gonna happen? Oh well, goodluck
