tire size....need opinon

i have stock lx rims/tires (185/70/14)

and im want to have 205/50/15........is it ok for me to drive on it?...how accurate will it be?

calculation.

STOCK

185mm x .70 = 129.5mm (sidewall)
129.5mm x 2 = 259mm ( 2 sidewalls)

((((NOTE= 25mm = 1"))))

259mm / 25mm = 10.36" (2 sidewalls)
10.36" + 14"(rim) = 24.36" (rim/tire diameter)

NEW

205mm x .50 = 102.5mm (sidewall)
102.5mm x 2 = 205mm ( 2 sidewalls)

((((NOTE= 25mm = 1"))))

205mm / 25mm = 8.2" (2 sidewalls)
8.2" + 15"(rim) = 23.2" (rim/tire diameter)

STOCK= 24.36" NEW= 23.2" 1.16" difference
23.2" / 24.36" x 100 = 95.24%
100% - 95.24%= 4.76% difference

So there are my calcution (yes i was bored)....that do u guys think?

ya or nah or it will be fine
