There I am driven to work at 5:30 am and this car in front of me run over something.
Next thing I know there is debrie from a road caution sign (white and orange striped wood) flying at my car. All I hear is a series of bangs agianst the ride! Ten minutes later I get to work and quickly jump out of the ride and assess the damage.

The bottom part of the driver head light at the high beam socket is busted, there is a large abrashin across the drive head light. The bottom corner of the oem kit is scratched and scuffed there is scuffing on the fender ( It might wax out) and also on the door as well ( It might wax out). And the oem side skirt has a long deep scratch that is 1 foot long. I'm so pissed!!!!!! My karma is good I have never screwed anyone over. I just go to work and go home to my wife!!!!! WTF WTF!!!!

What is the going price for painting body parts in southern California anyone know.

Also anyone have clear head light for sale?

call caltrans man.. i hit a cone in the middle of the road with my civic, and they paid for the repair.. my damage happend on the 101 south right near oxnard. unfortunatly you have to file a police report..

the other time mi y car got jacked up was because of a fawking caltran come
it jacked the right side of the front bumper up!

its not worth it to go through insurance because you probably have like a $500 deductible you have to pay. damage probably isnt over 500 so...

That really sucks. One time this work truck had ROCKS falling off of it. One of the damn rocks fell on my car. Dentorama size of a soccer ball........

Nobody paid for it. THe truck just drove away. *******sssss!!!!!

well if you have comp and colision you can report to your Insurance Co.
this will not affect your rate since its field under comp...not sure what your deductable is but mine is 250 ...but sounds like you got some damage there bumper, light and skrit, that should well be over 500 if you take to the body shop...then just ask the shop to bary the deductable in the cost....and its all free

I found the form on caltrans to submit a claim for less then 5 g's.
I don't know if it will be reported to insurenace or not though.
