hey wuts up i can vouch for abe...that he is trustworthy..and the progress springs are an awesome drop..the ride is very smooth compared to others..i had these on my civic..but i had to go wit H&Rs cuz my car was too low..so if u want that semi slammed look this is the springs for u

the ride is smooth? wtf...what kind of progress springs did you have? mine are bumpy as hell right now. my neuspeed race springs I had before were much better. but i sacrifice for the lower ride.
