oh crappy man, that really sux...um, i would say fight it with that warranty act or whatever it is called, and just keep fighting. how many miles do you have on your car???? becuase if it is low, and they said their is no coolant, then that is their fvcking fault, because thats not something you need to change or add to often...

They cant void your warranty because of your intake! The only they can do that is if they can prove your intake blew your engine, and they already told you it was the coolant already so dont let them step all over you.

ok, so i did some research. the engine is most likely a flaw. the dealer is trying to avoid a lemon repair, because, with 8500 miles, i am sure thats what it will turn out to be. they cannot direct it to be in conjunction with the intake. the coolant should be THEIR fault, assuming you bought the car from them, and it was THEIR responsibility to make sure the car's fluid levels are all at factory level. in any case, they are avoiding you, and i would threaten telling them you are going to seek for a "third party assistance". if you dont know what that means, dont worry, they sure as hell will.
