What do you think i should do? Ive been waiting for my kustom made 19x8" cartalli 3 pc wheels to made for 3 months now, when i ordered they said that they would have them done in a month...well three months later and going on 4 there still not made yet...every time i call them up they say that there waiting for some metel to be shipped over since where they make them is back east...the last time i called they said that they switched manufactures cuz there guy was just lagging on them...I gave them a deposit of 1500 bucks when the rims were to be finished I'm going to give them another 1500....small price to pay to have a 1 of a kind wheel....
should i call them up and cancel the order or should i just stick it out...

and i would just get some really expensive rims, since not too many people have expensive rims, they will be one of a kind

Rep Power: 321 well i know boyd Cottington cam out with some new wheels, my friend said they where pretty dope looking and there not out yet..but they have a demo in there shop, i think befor i call them up to cancell I'll head over to boyds and check there new wheel out...

Rep Power: 321 dude all they had to do was drill 4 holes in the star and set the off set to 38.....how hard is that....I built my freak_n system in less then a month and I had to design it and wait for the equipment to come and have it cleard by a painter...whats so hard about putting a program into a machine and letting it cut out the wheel...shhhs..

Rep Power: 313 I say keeping bitching eventually their gonna get tired and finsih your wheels. Also maybe talk to a manager and tell him your situation maybe he can hurry the process along. They shouldnt promise things they cant do! They should have saved you the headache and just told you the right amount of time needed so that they also dont look bad.

Rep Power: 334 That sucks. Don't ask for your money back until you know what other wheels you want to get though, because you might still want the custom wheels.

Rep Power: 321 lol...well I'm dealing with the VP and Prez of Cartelli wheels..I've meet with them twice already and they also invited me to a party the were having in Vegus for Sema show so I mean they are cool, but bizness is buzness you know and I'm sure they wouldnt want me lagging on them when it came time to pay the bill.....you fill me...

Rep Power: 351 Dude if they dont drop the price or throw in some phatty accessories or something to sweeten the deal I would give them hell. I mean your paying $3,000 and on top of that its to them!!! Theyre getting your money and fjckin you around. Shouldnt be that way, its very bad business etiquite. I wonder if the reason they invited you to SEMA was becuase of this or later on they are goin to want you to do something for them and they will mos-def be on your *** if you dont finish it by thier deadline.

Rep Power: 321 ok i talked to them today...he said a week and a half more and they should have them done...he says there waiting for the outer hoop and thats it...he also said there r 3 others waiting as well...but only for the 19s....i told him that its been like almost 4 mnths and if they werent done in a week and a 1/2 that i was going to take the deposit back and go else where...
