Question you opinion please

well after 2 years of taking different classes at IVC, i have come to the conclusion i hate school, i hate english teachers, and i hate having to take useless classes. so i started thinking... what about going to a tech school and doing automotive tech at westwood college in denver colorado.
Pros: get to do what i like
Cons: will never be super rich, and moving to denver for 2 years.

all in all, i really am not worried about money, i have enough mutual funds to retire right now...but that aint gonna happen. with that being said, i am not looking for a job to make millions off of, but rather something i would be happy doing. i think its all Office Space's fault. lol. btw, my original major was international business marketing.

let me know what u think...i open to CONSTRUCTIVE critizism.

Well like my conselor told me...if you goto a tech school and then decide to major/change whatever you want to do later on in the future; you won't be able to do that cuz they have no credits or whatever that you can use to transfer them into a college or university. So make a wise decision. And xtremejm is right...follow your heart.

I would get a 4 year degree first, there is so much more you can do with that. my mom is going back to finish her 4 year and she is going to get paid a lot more for the same job as soon as she gets done.....I would do what you like but college is of utmost importance these days.
