er. i just realized there may be some chinese on this board.. perhaps they can direct me to a chinese book store..

ordering the comics online takes a bit too long...

i searched my butt off online but couldn't find any local stores.

if only i can read japanese, instead of chinese...

there are plenty around the asian areas. i know cuz my mom buys chinese newspapers from them. the closest two to me is the bookstore in irvine of jeffrey and walnut (one in each plaza). also there's one on culver in the 99 ranch, but i'm not sure what their comic selection is. there are some in rowland and montery park, but those might be too far.

BTW, there are book stores all over.. go to the plazas where the 99 Ranch Market is.. swarming with fobstores. Good luck.

i'm actually there right now so I'll go take a look.

yeah I'm vietnamese but I lived in tawian for 5 years so... I probably speak chinese (mandarin) better than vietnamese..

the problem is i dont know too many chinese specific asian market areas.

I just came back from the ones on jeffrey and walnut.. damn I feel silly, never knew they're there...

bought 3 comics they have latest releases.. sweet!

this'll save me a lot ... cuz the net ones cost a dollar or two more, plus shipping. yay!

I feel silly too cuz I'm waiting for them to ship me something.. and it was there right infront of my face.

off-topic... i can't wait till my dad comes back from hong kong. chinese movies and car magazines for me!!!! back when i was a kid, i used to sorta collect those dragon *****. now i don't even touch them! hope they go up in value. muahahaha
