Im thinking about selling my civic and getting something else but havent figured out what i want yet. so i got to thinking how much can i get if i sell my car as is? Just to see please post a serious reply just so i can get a good ideal of a price so i know what to get next thanks...

Yeah, hes done a lot of work to the car but the thing is that you cant really add that to the price of the car. Just the unfortunate part about modding. I wouldnt be against buying the car from you, it just depends on when and if and how much as always.

honestly, if you advertised it in the right places, you could probably get what you originally paid for it if not more.

yeah the thing is.. u can sell it for more, or at least a fair amount of what u've put into.

the tough part is to find someone that is willing to pay that.. there will be people that will dig that look and want it... without going thru the trouble of doing it himself, he could just buy it...

just gotta find that guy..

otherwise.. value pretty much like ours.. might be even less and harder to sell cuz you've changed it quite a bit.. thats the downside to modding.. it doesnt really add to the value of the car... maybe stuff like rims and spoilers, and new cd player or what not.. but most people get more from parting out car..

ebay, with a 11k reserve? you may sell it for more, let the market decide, and if it doesnt sell, atleast you know the market a little better-

yea, you can always put it on e-bay with a reserve on how much u want to sell it, if it doesn't reach the reserve then you still get to keep the car... but then u know how much people are willing to pay

only prob wit mods is that they tend to depreciate the value of the car..plus people tend to have this belief thta because the car was modded out..that he/she probablly raced the car and didnt take that much care of the engine..and thas the reason why they sellin it

I think ill just keep it and have more fun with it because i got some plans for it for the new year big and better things so ill still mess with it more thanks for the input guys.

Yah i decided to keep it since i got talk to and just figured out that i have something big coming so i cant even put a for sale sign or else they wont even use my car also i just came into some money so im going to have things ready for 2004 season.

Nah i didnt sell them yet i think imma keep them and put them on the scion. As far as knowing what is going to happen to the car no one knows about whats going to happen to it. As far as the motor goes i got a Type R RSX motor but thats all that most people know. IF anyone is interested in the wheels Daze let me know i still have them.

i would get the wheels but im kinda short on cash and wont have close to that much till around jan/feb. and i though the secret was the motor
