Rep Power: 307 I hope you guys know what you're getting into. If you're really going on a "canyon run" then take extra precaution, know your limits, and dont try to keep up with others. Last time I invited some civic guys for a canyon run....one of em almost drifted to the opposite lane and hit an oncoming truck. Just dont push your car too hard unless you know you have good suspension and you're a good driver. Just my advice for you guys. I'm prepping for another Pines to Palms canyon run with my s2k buddies so i wont be able to make this one. Keep it safe everyone!

Rep Power: 277 I would go but not sure if Im busy that day. Canyon runs at night are more fun though. Ive been there at night and there are less people so less chance of danger and Ive seen more imports there at night.

Rep Power: 271 true, later the better
i usually go around 1 AM in the morning, too many "non-canyon running" people during the day
best time is in the early morning(motorcycle guys) and late at night
for those that have only been driving for a short time and think they are the **** because they have mods on their car
trust me, i know of a few mod WRX guys that messed up their car their
i remember the first time i went, i saw two skip marks that went straight into the canyon side walls
its not a chase, drive to ur limit, just have fun

Rep Power: 0 well said usa. Were not goin to race out there. Just gonna have some fun. Please dont try and show off out there. You can get dangerously hurt. I've been to angels crest a couple times and the turns arent too hard.
