Note: New law (27150.2 VC) does not require law enforcement to use sound level meters to test for excessive noise. Citation is based on officer's judgment. Cited violators may have testing done at smog referee stations or may be directed by the court to have testing done. Vehicles in violation must be brought into compliance. A fine may also be imposed.
Based on officer's judgement? wtf so any cop who just feels like being an *** can just go ahead and screw everyone on the streets. This sucks.

fontana has the stupidist cops in the world. they want us to stop racing so they make a drag strip for us. then they give everyone tickets near the drag strip and then that makes no one drag racing any more at the track, so therebye making the racing even worse then it allready is.
