yes, it is your car!
John, theres a really good movie theatre out here, and olive garden. Take her to the movie, then the track, then dinner!
Sounds like a perfect date to me!

Count me in...Just remind me when it comes closer to it...
P.S. Everyone knows that the altitude in Pdale is higher, right? In other words, we'll all be running about .5 to almost 1 sec slower than normal (depending on your application)...For example, a car that runs with forced induction will have a lot slower time than normal, as with an all-motor car would only find a slight difference...

O yeah, I looked it up on www.lacr.net and this is how you do the altitude correction:
LACR is 2,710 ft. above sea level.
To figure the altitude factor the formula is as follows:
ET: multiply your et (at LACR) by .97
MPH: multiply your mph (at LACR) by 1.03
This will give you the ET & MPH at sea level.

you guys need to come out. I ran a 13.6 1/4 mile on 9 psi, and i got kicked out before i could run it at 11 psi because i didnt have a helmet.
NHRA regulation states...
If you run a 13.999 or faster, you are required to wear a DOT approved helmet.

Damn I can't wait to see that, and trust me I'm saving. I would love to hang out with you and stuff but you're all the way up there in lancaster and well I'm on the other side of those mountains so I have to go around them somehow. Thread Starter

Now who wants to be there for the first 12 second runs for the mighty D17?

Alright, here is the info. I will also put this on the first page as well.
We leave to the track at 4:30.
Meet at SF's shop any time before then.
Try and be there at 3:00 at the latest.
The number is 661-816-5444
That gets you SF's cell phone.
