no because they are illegal... anything that flys up in the air or explodes is an illegal firework... the only "safe and sane" ones are on the floor and don't exlpode... those are the ones that firework places sell... jus watchin out for you eric, take your number off the board and jus ask for an email or pm cuz the 5-0 be crackin down...

Hell yea, in mexico I bought me some newspaper looking triangles once, but they were freakin loud! Mexicans are the $hit at that. I can make a loud boom with a piccalo pete and a 2-liter bottle.
