its too hard to schedule a meet with mulitple availability schedules...

im going to schedule a small gathering for june 28th in phoenix...
if you are one of those who cannot make it...just try for the next one





i think that in the future we should have well-planned ones in advance so that everyone can make it and show-up for sure.


does anyone in here seriously want to help me with planning our meets for the future?? (it seems that i have taken on the responsibilities of doing these...dont misunderstand me, i enjoy setting these meets up...i just want some more support for doing them)
