I think people need to take the streets back with some late night paintball action at the cameras.

There is already a ruling to have them taken out also, they wont last long up there.

It's only a 9 month test program anyway. Thats the deadliest stretch of our freeways.

I think the deadliest hwy in az is the one here in prescott (hwy 69). 5 people have been killed in the past 2 weeks, and 14 people in the last year and a half. they're talking about putting those cameras up here to help with all the speeders. i hope it works out up here. no more people need to die because of speeders or wreckless drivers!

That ruling excludes the cameras that are already up. It just bans future camers from being put in.

I've seen some cops there also lately in between the cameras and I saw this one guy get pulled over even though he went by the camera and there was no flash. The cameras are set for 11 so I bet the cops are pulling people over for like 5 over.

There is a bill being proposed in the senate, to have them permanently removed. Partially since they have fuked traffic to hell and backwith a pink *****. Have you seen how bright the flashes on the ones near shea are at night? on went off when i was 1/2 mile away i could barley see for a few secondes. the flash bounces off the side walls of the highway like no tommarrow!

i think that it is a good idea, but they should only take pics when your going over 80, 65 is just too slow imo

ehh, i dont like em, easy enough to evade, i just dont like how bright the flash is, there gonna cause some accidents. i was wrong its not a bill but the senators for the state trying to find a reason to have them removed.

jeez....maybe im getting old but the thing doesnt take a pic until your doing 11mph over the limit...thats 76. i dont think its that hard to keep it under 76. i cruise thru there all the time at around 70 and its not a problem

i say keep them there...there will be less actual cops that pull you over for doing 70-75 in a 65. i look at it like as long as im not going 76, i wont get a ticket thru there..lol

I swear that is the best freeway to speed on. Don't worry there was barely any traffic.

I got a ticket for doing over 100 on the 51 one time. And then he gave me another ticket for pulling over to the left instead of the right.

I got a ticket for being in the HOV lane once. Got pulled over for throwing sparks in my mini-truck. I got a ticket for demolishing an 04 Ram. Got a ticket for window tint. Got a ticket for having only one yellow headlight on my GSX-R. I got busted for curfew when I was 15.

I never would of thought of the throwing sparks ticket but I guess it makes sense, I've gotten tickets from speeding to changing lanes too many times to taking a right hand turn too wide. I was like a target back in the day. I would get a ticket like every other month it seemed like. I never got a ticket for any of my accidents though.

One time I was on the 202 during rush hour in the HOV lane and a cop pulled me over and I went over the 6 lanes or whatever and stopped, He comes up and looks in and says " Oh sorry didnt see your son there" and leaves. I was soo mad.
