what the??????????

so i went to a meeting this morning and my car was driving good. when i left, i pulled onto shea and my car went fine for about a block then it took a crap. i would still go but it only went upto 2500 rpm before it stopped. i pulled over and had it towed to my uncles shop and he's looking at it right now. any ideas?????

Sounds like my car except mine misfires at about 4000 rpm. Sorry to hear. Hope you get it figured out. peace

HAHA This is a riot. Jon came to my house TODAY to pick up parts to fix his and Ryans is less than 2 blocks from me right now in a garage. I could fix both of them with my hands behind my back and a midget humping my leg.

got it fixed. there is a piece of metal on the inside of the aem intake filter that is about an inch in diameter that came loose and weged it self in the throttle body which in turn prevented air from getting in. it ended up being an easy fix that could have been alot worse.

<----envisioning the disaster now. I bet that piece of metal would have out-survived the d17. lol
