Can someone give me input on replacement speakers?

I wanna new door speakers and deck speakers, but I just want something I can plug in and them sound good. Anyone have any input on what to get or what spec of speakers I need?

The sedans use 6.5" speakers in the front doors and the rear deck. You can always go to Crutchfield.com to look at some options. I went with CDT Audio CL-61 seperates up front and CDT 6.5 seperates in the rear and they sound excellent. The rears are supposed to be a pain in the *** to install because you have to remove the rear seat to get at the deck. I just paid $30 and had a stereo shop do it for me. The stock speakers are such pieces of crap that virtually anything is going to sound alot better. The real question is what do you want to spend, and what are you going to use to power them? There is no point in blowing a ton of money on expensive speakers if you are just going to power them off your deck.

For plug and play I like the Infinity Reference series... or the Polk dX series... not too expensive, great sound, good sensitivity for playing nicely off a deck... Get seperates up front for better staging and overall clarity!

Peace

Go to that custom audio on 40th St & Bell. They got some good stuff. All I am using are Pioneer 6.5's. Unhooked my 6x9s. They are 2way pioneer. They are cheap and work good. If you have subs, I wouldnt get a 2-way, get 3-way at least. 4 and 5 way are pointless, IMO.
