Joey, if you are still looking for a job Verizon Wireless is hiring customer care representatives for their Tempe location. The job posting is up on verizonwirless.com. I just got hired there and will be starting in a couple of weeks. I have a friend that has been there for about a year and really likes it. They even give you up to 8k a year to go to school.
