Garage Day?? they have finally shipped!!

Hey guys, just wondering if any of you know how to install struts/springs on our cars? I got an '04 ex and had ordered the Hayame full coilover system back in february and it just finally shipped out on friday. So i should be recieving them next week sometime. I dont have the tools or knowledge to do it, so wondering if anyone wants to do a garage day and install my coilover system and camber kit? or would it be easier to take these parts to a garage and pay to get them installed? what do you guys think?

-Eric

works for me.. from other posts i've seen across the nation, it should be fairly inexpensive for someone to put new struts on, i'ts not a time consuming thing i guess. But yeah PM me if you figure out some rates for your shop.

Dallis
wanna do a garage day than sometime? I should have my springs in this week sometime. I'm replacing everything, they are the one piece systems. The coilover is already mounted onto the strut. So basically replacing struts. So head to your place Dallis? I was going to say this saturday, but that is the day of the meet. Maybe after the meet since everyone wil be meeting up? Would be lots of hands around than?

We can do it at mine, but I don't have power tools. Just 2 Craftsmen tool sets. They're enough to do it and I have jack stands.

this weekend is not all that good since we have that meet on sat for those who are attending...

i was thinking about the following weekend.. and i talked to JT, he expressed interest in coming for the garage day too...so we could have at least 4...

Thats why I wanted to do it on this Saturday, and figured since everyone will be together at the meet than we could all roll together to someones garage and do the work and BBQ and drink beer, because that meet is scheduled from 10am-2pm and whenver, figured nobody will be there ALL day long. So we could do the first half of the day at the meet and the 2nd half BBQin and drinking beer and workin on the car at a garage.

hows that sound?
I just got my coilovers in the mail today

What do you think? Looks like we can get 3 of us together, also the guy that you went cart racing with, when we had that shopping car at Wendy's that night when i met you, he's gana stop over later if were working on it still. He's beeng going to mechanic school since april, so he may have some helpful hints to if we run into troubles. I'll call ya than. my phone is 605-351-0702 if ya need to get a hold of me sooner or if anyone else wants to join up.
