Damn, didn't think anyone on the site would notice I'm 30 now (shoot looks like I'm the first AZ 7thgenner to hit 30, yikes). Shoot, almost forgot myself
Thanks again and sorry I missed the meet, sounds like it was awesome. Wish I was there, but at least I finally passed my Real Estate State exams. Woo hoo, now to find a Broker to hire me, so I can make some extra cash and get the K20A2 swap w/ SF Turbo Kit I've been wanting.

Rep Power: 0 Thanks again everyone, yup the real estate market in Phx is pretty fast paced these days. It'll be especially difficult for me, since I'm not quitting my full-time job. I'm just trying to do real estate (maybe just referals) and mortgage loans on the side with a partner for some extra cash. So if any of you need help w/ either let me know and I can help you, sorry had to put the sales pitch in ;P
