White Si w/red graphics?

It's a white Si. Red graphics on the side. GIANT "H" on the hood. Who is he? Just on my way home today and hit the big turn from the 60 westbound to the 101 southbound and he hung with me all the way around it. Good man. Questionable graphics, but good man.
