What do you guys think of my two new decals? I really like them but my husband Elliot says that he thinks they will grow on him! My translation of him saying that-he hates them and they are over the top! Are they too much over the top?

FYI for everyone-I talked to Derek about it before I did it and he said we can use the 7thGenCivic.com logo however we wanted as long as we didn't profit from it! So, I did this and I print up and pass out the home page of this site to all other 7thGeners I run across!

Yeah, we were talking about making little cards to put on peoples windsheilds to let them know about the site and the local club...There are so many moded 7thGens here that aren't a part of it yet..Currently there are about 10 of us in the Ottawa group, we meet up every Friday night at this bitchin place at the airport, it's a wind tunnel..cool huh! After, we cruise around a bit and then go for food. After that it's off to the big weekly car gathering..all different cars and clubs.

Definitely print up the cards for people's windshields for there is a whole wealth of info. here and everyone is super cool! I noticed the same thing here in Tucson where there is a whole lot of modded 7th gen vics and they don't know about this site! A wind tunnel? Now that is an awesome meeting place! Thanks for the pic! It is Oh so pretty and green there! The only green we have is freakin' cacti! Of course the pic was even made better because there were HOT cars in it!

For sure, I came up with the idea of meeting there because it's so quiet (except for the airplanes taking off). The security guard there said that as long as we come after business hours and there's no racing we can come as often as we like. In fact, he said he was gonna bring a camera the next time he worked a Friday...lol. Ironically, on the other side of the road behind us is an RCMP (Royal Canadian Mounted Police) station complete with drug intercept plane...he he he!
The reason we started going there is because the other place was too busy and we seemed to be attracting too much attention. One night we were all parked at this shopping mall parking lot (after hours). There was a carnival going on across the street as well. These two cop cars come over and park about 20 meters away from us and just sit there looking at us. We were only standing around talking and trying to decide what to do. This BMW goes by doing like 130 km/h in a 60 zone do you think the cops even so much as blinked?!?! Right, they were too busy watching us do nothing...Never mind the "Rich Guy" in his Bimmer tearing past women and children waiting to cross the road...Just watch those parked Civics...My God...! Anyway, that's why we decided to find another place to go...The wind tunnel was sorta symbolic because of the shape of the 7thGen as compared to the previous models.

HAHA my work does business cards too. Thats a sweet idea Jodie. Not a big fan of the brown tho.

I know a kid who has a moded 7th gen coupe, its blue, altezzas, and is always parked at like 28th st and cactus. I'm not sure if he knows about the site or not.

Also if you want I can design a flyer using powerpoint. It will be much cheaper than business cards too.

Pharoh-That is right on about the security guard being cool! Yeah', all of us had a place that we kept going to and we never could all park together or even park at all at times because it was so crowded! We stopped going there and go to all different places now! People from all over the world have been telling me these bullshit stories about the cops! Where the cops are to busy watching or busting us for doing nothing at all and there is this beamer idiot speeding right on by! It is absurd because we are doing nothing wrong at all but we get stereotyped as punk kids up to no good! Luckily, we have never really had any problems with our meets and cops in AZ!!! I wish the rest of you had the same luck! That is a real original thought about the wind tunnel and the shape of the 7th Gen! Thanks for all the pics, I feel like I have been to an Ottawa meet without leaving my house! It is soo strange seeing the SI badging where ours has EX on it!

We're all going to an All Civic meet this Thursday...Not sure how many cars but I would guess that it'll rival the Civic Nation add for sure..lol. Friday if the weather is good we should have the whole gang out so I'll make sure to get some pics for you to see.
By the way, I'm 28 and the oldest member in the group...lol...This is my 5 project car and I can't seem to give it up...It's so much fun! Don't know if you saw the pic of me with my ride..I'm the one with the shades in front of the Blue Si....Speaking of which, some guy voted one of my gallery pics a 3 because he thought I was trying to make my car out to be a US Si with my badge..lol. Guess he doesn't know that we have Si and SiR...lol. Too bad you guys can't get the R designator on your Si's too...Never understood that naming scheme between the US and Canada...

I dont like the brown. It looks like poopoo. But the rest of the colors of the spectrum look fine, I just dont want to be in front or behind you thats all.
