Asking for some assistance from people in or around the Orlando, Florida area
I need a phone book from the city of orlando. I am planning on coming down there in march and am still looking for an apartment and need a job so I need a phone book. If anyone can help me, I will pay to have it shipped. Just let me know. thanks.

Rep Power: 287 I have a 2004 phone book downstairs and a waterford lakes (waterford lakes is in east orlando, with shopping centers and some housing developments). Next time I go to walmart I can pick up Apt. books with all the listings for orlando but I'm not sure about the phone book. Lemme know if you still want the apt books

Rep Power: 288 yeah Orlando is the ;metropolis" i guess you would say...the hub city....eerything kinda rolls on the outskirts of it....ok in that pic I can send you that book on top...if you just want business and the such...cuz it is "the companion" a smaller (read size) version of the two on the bottom...that I wanna say is at least 5 lbs maybe...I'm not good with weight lol....Earliest I can send it (through snail mail? if thats ok) would be Thursday....

as for apartments...apartmentfinder.com, roommates.com, apartment.com....are just a few of the MANY apartment searches you can find online
as for careers...monster.com, careerbuilder.com, and classified adds online...the paper there would be online...www.orlandosentinel.com

Rep Power: 288 sometimes ite better to have a book, especailly for local places that aren't easily accessible online, or that you don't know the name of....plus if you're moving here you're not going to know when you're gonna have internet either....safe bet on that...

Rep Power: 287 yeah but sometimes it's just a lot easier to look at books, bc i know a lot of times when you look in realyellowpages.com you can't find exactly what you're looking for. I know with apt books it's easier bc you an see the areas and kinda just rip out the pages and save them and compare later.
