hey man, i had to format my laptop and now that wireless router doesnt connect cause idk password that u set it up with..

and also. remember how we fixed the internet so it would direct connect on AIM.. when u came over..

call me and come over and help me out here man.. seems like uve been hiding or something lately online for 2 seconds.

well u can always reset ur router but ud have to put in ur MAC IP and password again and set a couple things

in order to do the router i need password.. he set it. so idk

i was thinking just calling belkin and asking customer service how to do if u forgot password.. has to be a way using serial off the back..

as far as the aim direct connect idk what he did.. he went thru and enabled something.. and it let me.. now i cant..
i just wish someone knew his contact info.. his aim is neosen but hes never on.

it dosent matter if u know the password or not. All routers have a small hidden reset button on the back. But the thing is that once u hit the button ALL information will be lost so ull have to set back all ur IP's Mac adresses and everything. If u call the manufactor theyll tell u to reset ur router. Pulling the plug wont help because theres a momeory device in there. Just look for the button in the back.

The routers PW memory is non volitle, it wont reset itself. It's logical, if what you said held true in the real world then anyone could come into my workplace and reset all my routers and gain access. lol that would suck
