Anyone have any place to rent or looking for a roomie? Need help asap
My girlfriends parents are moving out to N.C. and droping her on everything....
So she is looking for a place to rent somewhere between sandford and maitland....She works for my dads company in lakemary so she cant move out to far.....
She is looking for anything at an ok price range nothing getto nothing fancy and is looking for roomies pref no guys....
IF anyone has anything knows anyone let me know asap she has to move out with in the next month or else she will have to move to N.C. and i am going to try my hardest not to let that happen so anyone please help
(now if its one of the guys from 7thgen i wouldnt care but i posted this on of as well and screw them lol)

if she makes a certain amount of money she can move into the apt's over here where i live in Lake mary... they have one bedrooms fro like 560 or something like that... not sure if that helps, but just so u know.

look for govt housing. That's the cheapest, lots of kids though lol. Hey brad, if u're looking for an apt around UCF good luck....took me forever and I couldn't find a one bed that was reasonable. Lots of the govt housing won't accept you if you are a full time student

Screw that im not putting her up in govt housing lol....I guess ill just have to take a hit and not get a new car for awhile ill just have to give her some cash to help her out

Hmmm, well I'm not looking for necesarilly cheap since my parents are paying. Perhaps some of the 700-up ones wont be full

if u want to save more money get a two or three bedroom appartment and have two in each room and split the utillites between all of u guys. If u are comfortable in sharing a room with someone else. Im doing that right now.
