I've had my 03 Civic for about a year and a half now.
I wanted a Type-S, but my parents brought me home a Civic. lol.

They've been paid the dealership off, but I have to
pay my parents up to $5000 off.

Let's face it, our cars will NOT be fast with cheap cash.
Turbo or Swap is the only way to go...(also my car is AT)

So to the point...I've been thinking about stop modding
my Civic altogether...and save up to buy a car $2,000-$3,000
and build that **** up! I want a manual transmission bad too, lol.

Maybe i'll get a CRX, prelude, eclipse, integra, maybe even a bike...
Whatever is for sale when i have the money.

Anybody have suggestions on what car gives you the most
bang for ur buck? Also, anybody has opinions on this idea, then let me kno.

man if you know a lot about cars and have no problem dropping in engines and all that. you could pick up a shell of like a older civic or CRX. Get a little b18 block b20 head or whatever and put it in there...the b series motors can be fast with little money.

Personally i wouldnt go with a eclipse or anything. My personal experience with those is always broke. Ya they can be quick cars but i dont think they can handle it whats so ever.

Integra of course are fast also. But you gonna be spending a little money on it upfront. Even and late 80s model are going for 2-3k. But get one of those and stick a LS motor in it you'll be doing high 13's low 14's at the track

You could also look at an old 240. They are quick and well they are great for drifting.

Im not much of a mazda person so i wont recommend none of those.

And with toyota you can make some old 80s style corollas fast as hell. But it usally cost some money to do that. You can sometimes pick up a like 87-89 TT supra up for couple grand. But if you look at the supra you got to get the TT model the n/a versions are slow slow slow.

Thats about all i can think of right now.

Prelude are somewhat of a *itch to work on. There is mad wires in that thing well the 90s. The older ones from the 80s arent so bad.
