For spring break this year me and my girlfriends are going to Florida. We're staying in Ocala because I have a friend living down there for the winter. Anyways, does anyone know the area? Any good bars/restaurants/clubs? We'll have a car and will be willing to drive to other towns/cities if it's worth it. I know we're heading to the beach for a few days, and we'll be in Orlando for a day or two as well. Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated. Thanks

I know it sounds gay, but you should go to the Ocala national forest - its freakin' huge, and is beautiful!!

You're actually closer to Daytona than Orlando I believe....

As far as bars / clubs in Orlando - it depends on what kind of music you like and what nights.

If she's a pretty girl then Roxy is a good choice, or Mako's... i prefer mako's... also like opto said... Icon is good, just hit up church street i'm sure they'll find a club they like... or try Downtown Disney or Citywalk in Universal... a whole slew of clubs for one price

I live in the Kissimmee/Orlando area and I always find something to do just about every night. I know that in Tampa, Orlando, and Daytona there is something always happening. I have a time share in Daytona and I might be there on the 18th thru the 21. So, let me know. That goes for you guys to (except Brad J/k LOL!!!) We might just all go together.

I don't have your number, but we'll definitely have to exchange them before i come down. I'm sure my friends wouldn't mind coming to Tampa...i've never been there and also that way you won't have to go out of ur way to meet up! We'll talk more about that

ps- whoever complained about living in florida, come live in Indiana, PA for a day. Right now it's 27 degrees out and we're supposed to get a foot of snow by tomorrow. I can't wait to be in florida!!
