lol this is gonna sound ghey, but my first GF (Caitlin; yeah, shes on this site) was 16 when i was 20. lol...yeah i know, gross huh? but she was VERY mature for her age. i didnt even have to worry bout the legality of it all tho. i never even kissed the girl. i was worried about her religious beliefs becuz she was so devout and stuff...also since it was my FIRST ever GF, i uhhh was not educated with the whole BF/GF thing. my 2nd, Jen (20), however, yeah, i uhhh was educated a lot by this one. heh, but yeah im not supposed to mention this...becuz its ruining the "healing" process of being dropped by her. lalalalalalallalalalalalalallaa and im spent.

Thats not always true...Legally in the state of florida anyone under the age of 18 is considered a minor and if u are 18 or over and you have sex with a minor its considered statutory rape.

I had a friend who ex-girlfriend was 17 and the day after his 18th birthday his ex and him broke up and her father called the cops on him. He got charged with it and is now labeled a sexual offender for the rest of his life. Hes now 25 and still has to register with the local police wherever he moves.

It all depends on how the parents are and weather they really push it and the cop that takes the report. Actually i know a few people that are registered sexual offenders cause they was like 2 or 3 years older than there girls and they got charged and most of those girls was 17.
