That sucks man, thats why I usualy try to do all my installs and I'm spanish. Its never too late to do boost, you just have to make sure everything is working properly and maybe replace certain parts if they seem to wore down. Definitely do a compression check to make sure the cylinders are firing correctly and other things.

Yeah, they are like that you've got to get to know them. They have done one 7thgen, but they built him all custom stuff, and the guy that owned the car didn't know anytihng about boost. I take mine there and I already know what needs to be done so I tell them what I want them to do. The other car didn't run well because they didn't clamp the MAP sensor on it, and the car was reading boost higher than the sensor could compensate. after I told them what the deal was they kinda were like hmmmm yeah your cars finicky. They are good guys but are always busy as hell. Thw 2-3 weeks might have been the wait time, because I know there is a line to be able to take your car in. I'd be glad to go with you one day if you wanted to go again. I would sugest you take your car to them and let them poke around. =)
