Well, I'll help you out a little, there a couple from Melbourne/Palm Bay, but they are moving to Orlando... and meets don't happen so don't ever ask again =) lol. For your neons, cops here are kinda lax. I have 2 friends who run white neons, and I've been next to plenty of cops while driving with them on so... I thin your cool there, red and blue I wouldent touch... I've seen red though... If I were you I would install what you want and run them till soemone tells you otherwise, because I'll take the bet that you'll be ok with what you want =)

thanks smuggler. Im probley goin ahead wit white.
As far as interior, on boring nights wit nothin to do (which is a typical night in melboring) I usually jus chill somewhere n if im wit my girl we watch a movie in the back seat heh. Would be nice wit a red or blue glow. I guess interior aint much an issue i probley wouldnt use them much when drivin anyway.

Me and Shinobi04 are both from Palm bay Melbourne. I'm moving in a few days to Orlando. There aren't really any civic meets, the only meets are in orlando. I don't think I've seen you around, I don't remember anyways. I have a silver civic 01, 18 silver rims, exhaust and as far as I know I'm the only one in Palm bay/Melbourne with cleared headlights
So what mods do you have thus far?

btw, as far as I know only red and blue. But you also have to be careful as to stay away from anything that even resembles blue or red (light blue, orange etc) Some cops can be dicks about it around here. Interior wise, when I had it blue and silver in my car, I had blue neons under the seats but they got annoying real quick lol. And my boyfriend once had red, so as long as cops can't see it i dont see why it would be a problem. I've seen a few people around town with blue and red...but then again their cars looked lame as hell.

I've seen a lot of people with all diff. colors of interior neons here...just to be on the safe side, don't put em on while driving. Plus it'd probably be a distraction anyway.
BTW I drive a black 02 Acura RSX-S.
stock for now...

Well by state law all undercar neons are illegal doesnt matter the color. They are considered a distraction to other drivers. But most cops dont care really.
Interior neons are kinda illegal. If the cops can see the actual bulbs they can pull you over and give you a ticket (I got one of these bout 7 years ago in my high school day it was like $80). So dont put the neon on like headliner or wherever. If you stick them under your seat or on the floorboard they are fine.

A flatbed, car carrier, or rollback may not use amber rotating or flashing lights when hauling a vehicle on the bed unless it creates a hazard to other motorists because of protruding objects. Further, escort vehicles may show or display amber lights when in the actual process of escorting overdimensioned equipment, material, or buildings as authorized by law. (5) Road maintenance and construction equipment and vehicles may display flashing white lights or flashing white strobe lights when in operation and where a hazard exists. Additionally, school buses and vehicles that are used to transport farm workers may display flashing white strobe lights.
(6) All lighting equipment heretofore referred to shall meet all requirements as set forth in s. 316.241.
(7) Flashing lights are prohibited on vehicles except as a means of indicating a right or left turn, to change lanes, or to indicate that the vehicle is lawfully stopped or disabled upon the highway or except that the lamps authorized in subsections (1), (2), (3), (4), and (9) and s. 316.235(5) are permitted to flash.
(8) Subsections (1) and (7) do not apply to police, fire, or authorized emergency vehicles while in the performance of their necessary duties.
(9) Flashing red lights may be used by emergency response vehicles of the Department of Environmental Protection and the Department of Health when responding to an emergency in the line of duty.
(10) A violation of this section is a noncriminal traffic infraction, punishable as a nonmoving violation as provided in chapter 318.
