)anyways, here what i got on my plate this evening:
--01+ Civic Revo-Technica Short Shifter full replacement (TrueHonda $85 with a $10 savings for a promotion he was running.)
--01+ Civic Precise-Shift Kit (CayYoda's kit as known to some) $16
--01+ Civic "Metal Pieces n Parts Kit" (Grey's kit as known to some) $7.50
and i will have on order very soon a new RSX base model (cuz im not fake *** 6th gear ric3r) shift **** so everything still fits very OEM-spec.
whatcha all think? i cant wait to not be grinding 2nd as much and having 40% less throw with a tighter more precise shift to boot! YAYYY!
just thought id share the good news with every1...since im not on the boards all too often (hush yo mouth Brad...LoL!) these days.
take care all, and wish me/us luck!!!

update on the Revo install and post-thoughts.
the install took all of 20 minutes over at Garcia's house. pretty simple tear down and installation. the ONLY hitch we ran into was deciphering the uninformative installation instructions. example: on Grey's kit we couldnt figure out what goes where, so we put stuff here and there. leftover pieces = 2 (1 rubber washer and 1 E-clip)...the CapYoda aluminum bushings kit however; omFg it rocks!
i would post some pix, but a- i didnt take any during install and b- the after shot would look pretty much the same minus about an inch of so of height on the stick. will be getting myself an RSX base shift **** to complete my happiness!
REVO SS ROCKS! that is all...now then; BACK TO MY Xbox & NFSU2! i just unlocked ANOTHER part of Bayview as well as my first turbo! W()()t!
