Proposed Dates: July 30 - August 1
Trip : starts in Jax ends in Key West with over nite stop in Miami



I was talking to Chris last night and suggest we do a mini gumball run.. from like atlanta to key west... that would be a 2 day run .. atlanta to miami then miami to keywest.. we would start in atlanta so we could get people from the surrending area tojoin us.. i know there will only be 3-4 people from florida that would go even though 25 of you said you would .. but hopefully the other states civics will be more reliable.. so put in your input on this.. plan it for around august before college starts back up for the fall.. that would give us time to set up the hotels and all..

Yeah sounds like a good idea but I usually have bad luck when I ride in a group of civics....i.e. Orlando meet and we got hassled by the Park Ranger....i.e. When some of us tried to go to Clearwater Beach and I got a $170 speeding ticket....

ooooooooooh man, i am SOOO down for this. i LOVE the Gumball run! btw, which Chris were you referring to. jus gimme a date(s), and ill "advance ask off" of work for it. this sounds like a great idea. jus gotta run it by the damn parents...butttttt, now that i think of it; i WILL be 21 in July (16th) soooooo, F them! hahahaha.

My reunion is the weekend of Aug 13th.. So I'll be gone that weekend.. Once we have a firm date set, I'll schedule some days off to attend.. Never been to Miami, so I'm definitely down for this.

well as seeing that most people will not come to atlanta we might just start it in jax.s and work our way down the coast.. we could even do A1A all the way which would take awhile to do but its right on the ocean for most of the way

This Civic run is a great idea.
It will be hard to get ppl to go that far.
Most of the time can't get them to drive 2 or 3 hours for a meet or show.
But I think we can make it work on a smaler scale.
This is my idea:
Let's have a head guy in every point of Florida.
Miami, Tampa, Tallahasee or Jaxsonville an Orlando.
Coordinate the ride to a meeting point and have a huge meet.
We can all roll into a show like Hondalands
or just hang out and have a cook out or something.

Now what we need is Jax. and Miami people to step up.

What we can do is all meet in our areas then drive to orlando or tampa then from there whoever wants to can drive to miami or key west .. whichever we choose. and stay there for a day or two and party.. i would prefer key west bc it is such a nice drive down i think

How about: we have a cook out at the beach!?!?!?!? theres this beach in miami where you go with ur car next to the water and put the music up and chill>>

OR

the orlando/tampa/atlanta peepz can drive to moroso/westplam beach and meet all the south fl peepz (miami/ ft. lauderdale etc.) and head to miami>> or str8 to key west ( BTW > key west is 3 hours from miami and miami is 3 hours from west plam)

I'm down. I wish I could go with you all over the place but until October 6th, my parents are still responsible for me . Therefore I have no rights! LoL.

I can cruise and hang with you guys around this area, but I can't go driving to Miami.
