Hey everyone. I signed a contract to live in some apartments in tally. Move in date when i signed was aug 10. They expected us to pay on the first. I said no i wont and im not paying late fees cuz i thought they had to pro-rate the apartment since it is being BUILT as we speak. Now, they said we cant move in until the 18th. Im still not gonna pay. Soon as i can walk into my place and sleep there i'll write a check....any one know what the deal with laws on this might be? Or where i could look....thanks
