while i was driving the swap car (owned by EM2@DC5) Hondawerx swap proj, we were at the hang out spot and a dude rolled up in a pimped out type S. he even had the same wheels as the swap car.. hehe, so i ask him if he wants to run for fun, cause i have yet to drag it against a type S, he has intake and exhaust, as do we on the type R motor. he expected to lose. but agreed.

We cruised to the spot. both launced decent, i had a half car on him through 1st, and round 5000K in second i just pulled and pulled by end of 3rd gear i had like 3 Cars on him at least...

so yea. id call that a kill

i dare you to call BS....

Im still kinda amazed on how well it did. I was figuring that we would still beat it, but just by a little. Not the case here. Just proves to yah how internals and other parts can either make it or break it. Im still in kinda disbelief . . . .

Well soon enough the swap car will be pushing psi. Its looking like by aug/sept ill be driving it with turbo. Im going for the cybernation turbo kit stage II kit. The only thing that im gonna have trouble with is grip from now on.......

"Stage II RSX Turbo Kit
Upgraded pistons, rods at minimum+ $1300. However proper stage II options include studs ,bolts, fmu ,piston, rods ,block guard and boost controller."

It comes with all that.

Hey, whatever I can do to *****... I mean help. Seriously though, Cybernation produces a kit that is rediculously complete through the stages. Other manufacturer's build a kit so the turbo setup can flow more HP, but Cybernation puts it together so your engine can do the same. That car is gonna be sick though. Good luck. Make me proud. ::tear:: hehe

i hope this car sees 12's

i mean its already fast right now, imagine what a GOOD turbo kit with HIGH PSI will do

Yeah thats the plan. Like I said, if everything goes well the only problem ill have is finding good 17" drag radials. Not many companies out there have tapped into the 17"s yet.
