It was a really good race, I came closer to losing than I ever have before. He had my by about 1/2 a car length until 3rd (good old 3rd), when I overtook him, had him by about 2 car lengths by 80 MPH. He caught up to me at the next lights, and gave me a very humbled nod and a wave. Hahaha, he prolly thought his car was fast until it got beaten by an import economy car!!!! sucka.

PS does anyone know what the engine is on those? I'm guessing it was the non-supercharged 3800.

i thought all 3800 were super'd...what do you have on your car? those 3800 are pretty fast, plus the badass torque.

I know that many 3800s aren't s/c'd. But nonetheless, I was surprised.... and so was he .

yeah, that'd be the non SC version.

and pray clubgp doesn't get hold of this. many of those guys have a problem admitting their car can lose to anything. there was even a time where a flame war ensued between them and s2ki.com over a video of me whupping a GTP (supercharged) that had a pulley in a street race. they were tryin to say I was turbo'd and crap. they couldn't understand why their 14 second family car could lose to a 13 second roadster. Finally one guy challenged me to a race at GLD on the 1/4 mile. He claimed there was no way I'd win. He never showed.
