thanks for the feedback everyone, im gonna give everyone a taste of pics tonight, i finally got some, and yes, my hehe"friend sara" has a pic too, but i got pics of idrc, the day of the race, and the test and tune day, which was sat and sun, sun was race day, hehe, anyways, pics of that, and of the srt, and my civic, some interior, exhaust stuff like that, and pics of time slips from my consistency day, and ill post pics of my mods and enging and stuff tomorrow, and when i get my clutch and flywheel, there will be pics of install too hehe, just show pics, no details of install, so yea

If you say you ran a 15.6, I suppose I believe you..but it's hard to believe that a 17 second 115hp LX with a few bolt ons runs 15.6 on street tires..

I'd really like to know how that happens...You must have an ENORMOUS amount of weight redux...Otherwise, I don't see how it can happen...

ok, our cars are light to begin with, but i made my ideas for my mods, and of course, like everyone else i got help from someone on which mods would have the best potential, but like

i said i have things done that cost me nothing but gave performance and saved me money, and certain inexpensive mods, for one, header is a 4-1 no two piece, or short one piece crap,

straight massive topend flow, and next, not cat, not alot of restrictions, more topend, i dont ever race with ac on, thats like torque and topend there, and finally no powersteering active, i

never obtained the proper sized belt, so i have more than just intake header exhaust and pulleys, but those little things make huge differences

Yes, we've seen your timeslips and whatnot. It's certainly plausible that you can run 15.6.

ScreaminDOHC, a stock DX/LX stick shift can run 16 flat, maybe even a 15.9 with the best drivers.

If you say that an LX will run a 16.0 I have no reason to doubt you...but if that were the case, why aren't bolt on EX's running 15.2's and such, if a bolt on LX is running 15.6?

I've driven an 7th gen LX for a few months, and I fail to see how that car, in stock form, could pull off a 15.9-16.0. I can understand if it has some substantial weight redux....SaiyanMatador, 7thgen coupes aren't the lightest of cars AFAIK...

2215lbs, with allmy mods now on my falkens and just driver seat, no passenger seats, no trunk weight, carpets remain, no heavy glove box weight, no center console, and no excess little **** around the car, its not hard to pull it off just arizona and its weathers are fickle,so it happens out of nowhere, im only expecting low fifteens with this car, all motor, and 13's later

nick riley, if youve ever heard of him ran low 13s, all motor with 600lbs out of his car, and bolt ons, and internal, 98 or 99 blue r/t fast, he weight roughly 1700-1800, somewhere in there, so theoretically, im right in the right spots, if your experienced, ill post more slips and show mph, thatll prove my times, and 60 foots

Plus it had about 25lb/ft of torque more I think...

Come on guys, he is a 19 year old kid who shared the accomplishments he was proud of. Maybe he did not go about it the right way in your eyes but he did do everything he could to rectify the situation with proof of what he was saying and what had been done to his car. After that, don't you think he deserves your praise rather than your ****? As aki had mentioned earlier, we are talking about a 15 sec 1/4 mile, why is it so hard to believe? Just for the record, I have seen him race and I have seen his time slips, he is telling the absolute truth. Anyway guys, this is about the sharing of info. relating to our particular cars performance and looks and once a guy proves himself, shouldn't he get the respect and maybe a congradulations for putting one of our cars in 1st place in import drag racing and being able to do a 15.6?
