Rep Power: 356 Owned an SVT Focus
Ok, in case you didn't know, I wrecked my civic. So I have to use my parents cars while my baby is being fixed.
My mom's car is a ML320, which Im stuck using half the time. She was out, so my dad let me take his car, a CLK 320
So Im minding my business going to practice when I see this SVT focus weaving throught the lanes. At this point there wasn't much traffic so he was doing it just for show. He gets up to me, looks over, and takes off. I take the bait and go after him. Luckily enough it was a straight and there was no traffic for as far as I could see. So I floor it, I catch him at about 90 and just keep going. By 115 I had about a length on him, and as soon as I hit 135 I tapped the brake and coasted for a while. It probably took him 15 seconds to catch me while I was coasting. He then proceeded to do the "Ricer Flyby" to try and be cool or something. He gave me this dirty look and almost smashed into the group of cars that we finally caught up to. Stupid, stupid kid.
I'll post pics of the CLK later, I need to go take some good shots of it. The car is so quick!!

Rep Power: 356 lets see here buddy.
If you would f'ckin read my other posts, you can clearly see that it was NOT my fault in the civic.
Some moronic guy decided to pull out of a parking lot (without looking my way) and slammed right into me.
Replying to threads without any idea of what you are talking about, SMART!

Rep Power: 0 exactly! i'm not trying to diss but i'm just saying its not a smart way to race your parents car, especially if its a CLK going 135? you dont got any time to think when your speeding that fast. But just thank yourself for not wrecking a perfectly good clk

Rep Power: 356 I dont really think i posted crap.
I told what happened. That was that. Do correct me if I'm wrong, but was this not a "street encounter"?
And why are we taking digs at me?
Wow, I am truly offended by that one. That must have taken some time to devise, eh?
