There was a 2005-2006 trailblazer SS at the track last night, lowered ect. These things stock are low 14 sec SUVs, but this thing was running 12s . The driver was a young guy (21-24) who becuase of his times was walking around like he owned the place (stoping wherever he wanted in the staging lanes, getting out and braging about his times etc.) All and all he had a huge chip on his sholder. Well I made friends with the tec guy, and him and I were talking about how stupid this guy was acting. I mentioned to the tec guy that this guy had to be using nitrous. Well the tec guy said, "no, I checked him out and did not see any and I asked him if he had any and he said no". The tec guy then explained that what he was doing was getting out bragging that he was N/A showing them his car, and then betting ussupecting people. So it is the end of the night last run and I am BSing with the tec guy, and suddenly the entire track is rocked by a large explosion. We are 60 yards or so from the track, and when we look over at the starting line we see flames and smoke and the fire crew running. Come to find out that the nitrous that old sneaky Peat in the SS trailblazer did not have exploaded in his intake manifold completely blowing his engine up . I guess it serves him right LOL. I am assuming to shave almost 3 full secs off of his times this guy must have been using a **** load of nitrous.

sucks for that guy, but i do have to admit the SS trailblazer is extremly nice.
