161.825 Mph
New SCTA H/BFALT record, 161.825 MPH. Standing start, 1.3 mile on dirt with the traps averaging the last 132 feet. Apparently the nose does not like all that aero pressure on it. Time for some more bracing. And a car wash. Obviously wheelspin is an big issue with 500+ hp, on dirt, in a FWD car.

I burned a valve on that run due to a clogged secondary injector. The car is back apart getting ready for Bonneville in August. Shooting for a 200+ MPH record and the Worlds Fastest Civic. Or, I'll blow it up. One of the two for sure.

At the end of the first mile I am usually at about 155 MPH. After the second mile I am around 183 or so. Exiting the 3rd mile about 75 seconds after the start I am at 204-206 MPH.
The acceleration is slower than you would expect due to traction. I cant run big slicks and have crazy wheelspin up to about 150 MPH.
The transmission is an Integra LS hydro box, race prepped by Gearspeed with a ProDrive spool. Stock gear ratios since I rev so high, 5th is good to about 218 MPH.
