My road was taken over by ricers!!! with video.

Any one here have a road that they go on just to get away? I did but now it has been taken over by ricers. At first i was cool with it, they didnt bother me and i didnt bother them. I let them cross lanes, and do all their dumb stuff during tthe day, and i go at night when no ones out. But thats over.
A few weeks ago, i was minding my own business and a e36 m3 was riding my ***, and wouldnt pass me, so i decided to see what he had. long story short, he ended up crashing into a tree. Some how all the ricers found out and now I cant go to any meets without anyone trying to get me to race them. Its like Initial D come to life. I went last night around 2am and there were cops at the entrance. No more Chreokee Ln for me. And there are NO MORE roads like this where i live. Oh well, guess i'll have to drive up to the mountains, or start autocrossing.
Here is a video that somebody made, of my road, documenting their extreme stupidity and their horrible driving skills.

Just venting.

Wow, those guys are f*cking tools for driving like that in that area. It's one thing if it's a secluded road, but it's obviously a neighborhood with houses, driveways, kids, etc.

hmmm...... wasnt he even match revving on downshifts? I have little experience with rear drive cars, but from what I do know, releasing the clutch without match revving can easily result in rear tires locking.

the person in the car makes it a "ricer" car. not the car on its own.

"Rice" is as much an attitude as it is a style.

Aside from sucking at driving, and going over a blind crest in the oncoming lane, that looked pretty safe to me. I donno what you are all balling about...

Could be worse, There's a major connecting road in Northern NJ(Greenwood Lake Turnpike for those that care) where idiots are always doing 90-100. It's got a few blind turns and is only about a mile and a half long. I've seen two or three bad accidents on it and almost gotten into one when one of the cars flew into the other lane.
