Yea it's hard riding bikes..

You have to worry alot of about others seeing you. I was going down the highway and this girl driving her corolla switched lanes(the one I'm in) with out even looking to see that I'm right on that lane... good thing it wasn't a fast switch or it would have been nasty..

Yeah...watch out...I lost 2 friends this year on bikes...one on a new cbr...and one on a year old kawi 1200... Personally, Id never own a street bike...dirt bikes on the other hand..I've had since i was a kid...and never really got too hurt on them...
But 2 friends in one year...it sucks...

Sick Bike. I like it. Alot of people where i live do not care too much for bikers, but when there is 2-3 of them, all the cars around them slow down affraid like.

Hehe.. well 600cc is fine.. you wont really get the full capability of a 600 in the streets anyways. Plus its easier to turn since its lighter.. I still get scared turning my 750. sigh...

GSXR is the way to go.. :-p

Heh.. that 636 is very sick in the 600cc class. You know I came to realize how nice sportbike riders are. I mean I have yet to see one coming up to me and revving for a race(Like cars). All I get is a wave or a head nod. Never a race.. which is very cool lol.

And some biker girls are hot... lol

My first bike (in the spring) will be a 600cc but it won't be brand new. I'm looking at likely a 2003 realistically.

they all rate in and around the same. one bike is better to some mags cuz it was a nanosecond faster than the other.lol.

I'm really leaning on a Kawi myself. they're super comfortable compared to say the CBR's.

No way any sportbike is comfy lol. after 4hrs of straight riding my back hurts.. my wrists hurst lol. I have heard Kawasaki is of pretty bad quality. CBR bikes are very heavy for the 600cc class. Straight lines are over rated in my opinion. I love leaning and rolling out of there. Seriously though GSXRs are a class of their own. Very nice quality :-p. I did the research lol.

But imho.. I would get a the SV650 before trying the powerbikes(GSXRs, R6, CBR). Only because the learning curve of these bikes. Remember.. you are trying to learn... not crash. Those sportbikes arent really beginner friendly.

But if you must then get the r6..

kidding? **** no I'm not kidding.

the CBR 600RR has a massive tank with no slope to it and the reach for the grips is awful.

The ZX6RR I tried was way more comfortable, the reach was perfect and the tank was shaped better...also allows for more of an upright position when needed. The Honda didn't really have that.

When I get mine, the first mod would be to take all those @#$% stickers off and repaint it (if needed) in dark black or bright red.

where did I say I wanted to run across country with my bike? lol.

any retard who knows a nickels worth of anything about bikes knows that NO sport bike is fun to be on after 4-5 hours. Having said that I know guys that HAVE gone cross country on them before.

I'm not interested in racing...I just wanna ride. I like all the 600's though..I just have my favorites so far. I haven't been able to get on a GSXR yet however or a YZF.

I find my F4i to be way more comfortable than my zx6r. The seat is much better on the 636, but the ergonomics is much better on the F4i for street.

I do 4-6 hours all the time, 5-10 times a month. Most of discomfort comes from bad body positioning. People complain about hands getting numb because they are not supporting their weight with their abs and legs.

When you learn to ride fast and hard. Your quads are the first thing to go.

If its ur first bike and if you can't get below a certain time(1:40's at Willow), just choose your bike based on design and color. They(600's) will all be WAY TOO FAST if you don't know what your doing?

I just got my today from my MSF/TRACK instructor today when we went for a canyon run. We rode SAFE and FAST(135 on turns ).

Buy a bike and forget about your slow *** civics. My next toy will either be a dirt bike or a go kart(thinking about this for a while).
