Rep Power: 270 Encounter with Cobalt
Last Friday i was supposed to race the Cobalt SS. Thursday when i was ****ing around with my car i spilt anti freeze all over the place and ****ed up my car. It bogs and wont go not even if you floor it. N e ways when we go to meet him i dont have my car and i am with my friend in his grand prix gtp. We get there and he asks for my car i told him what happens and he gets all mad and says i just got scared so i am like whatever why dont you race the gtp. And he was like i am gonna win i have gone 140 mph in this car you guys dont know what it has. So he finally says yes. We head over to the freeway little did he know the Grand Prix Gtp is modified with 3.25 Pulley Exhaust Intake dhp computer and some other little mods here and there. So we take off and at the start he hangs pretty good until he shifts into second we start pulling hard. Then by the time we were going 90 we were about 1 1/2 buses ahead of him and then by the time we were going 130 he still didn't wanna give up. But we let off and we start talking to him. I have never seen someone so sad in all my life about losing a race. I don't blame him he bought a fast car from the dealshiped and got owned with 300 miles on the car on his second race ever by a 4 door that he didnt know was fast. Seriously though a boosted 7thgen should be able to take the cobalt. Car and driver says 6.1 14.7 top speed drag limited 140 mph when i race him i will let you guys know who won.

Rep Power: 0 Racing with 300 miles on the car... smart.... Chances of that car blowing up even faster have increased. Plus, with sooo few miles, the car not even broken in, its prob not even getting its full hp.

Rep Power: 270 Thats what i am saying but they claim it bumped it up. And with the pulley it will have 400 hp well we are gonna have to wait and see who wins the gtp or the cobalt by then my friend will have his random technologies downpipe so i think another cobalt is going down. As for me and the red one i hope he goes down again. both these cars have no more then 400 miles on them so these guys are idiots

there's no way that throwing in a chip and putting a pulley with it will give you like what, 3 times as much hp as stock? (arent they like 160hp or something?...dont bash, I dont fully know the specs)...there's absolutely no way, it doesnt work like that on any car

Rep Power: 270 Yeah but a magazine is two professional drivers, on the street with two equal drivers it is the same thing. Of course a shitty srt 4 driver against a great cobalt driver we got a different story of course you can't always count on magazines but it gives you a rough estimate of what they can do and .8 seconds in the quarter mile is a lot to me
