LS1 "VS" LS2
On my way home just now from dropping off my girl, I'm at a red light behind a truck and I look 2 lanes over because I heard this loud exhaust and its a C6 silver vette I see the kid looking back at my car telling someone in his passenger seat its the new GTO (I'm Good at reading lips) lol. But anyways light turns green I go he goes and he tries really hard to get in the lane next to me when he does he pulls up side by side with a smile I roll down my window to tell his car sounds sweet....I noticed a few decals below his mirror so he had some work done without a doubt. Now I hear him drop a gear or 2 and after he does I WOT pull on him hard he was about 2 cars behind cause I could see his HID's. So were pulling up to a light and his front bumper is at my rear quarter panel and I notice when he downshifted he grinded the shyt out of the gear so now I know why I pulled on him like I did HE DOESN'T KNOW HOW TO DRIVE. so he asks me if its the 04 I said yea he said ok it has the ls1 then. Then he says "you know the extra 50 hp really aint much. my reply was "I know" so we go at it again from a roll and again I pulled on him got in front of him and turned off as I gave him the thumbs up. So I'm happy but It's not a realistic kill cause he was a bad driver.

i hope he was in 4th and you were in 2nd. lol. it amazes me how utterly shitty people can be at driving. you're talking a car that runs low 12's stock.

ok stupid and off topic question. LS1s are in late model trans am's, z28's, SS Cameros and new GTO's? Does the C5 non zo6 corvette also have a LS1, I've heard many different answers but I am pretty sure the z06 C5 is a LS6. Also the zo6 C6 has the LS7 right? Sorry guys I always seem to mix up what cars have what motor.
