01 civic vs. scion tc
so i was comming home from working at the club last night about 2am... nobody was on the street, on arroyo parkway in old town pasadena.
so i saw my friend in his scion tc that he just got about a month ago.
so i said, lets race from the light. the light turned green. he went, i went slowly so i didn't spin the tires too much, i speed up about 6k, my tires started to slip, i shifted at 7,300 then in second, my tires just spun all threw the gear, i slowly caught up, then i shifted to 3rd and just passed him and i shut down.
heh, then we went and ate at carrows.... yup, my first official take down...
o yea, i raced one of those harley's 2 nights ago, hah, i smoked him also... he thought he was a bad ***... haha... my car was louder... hehe

..... harley's aren't fast. most are 15+ second bikes stock.
for example it takes a different engine like a WELL tuned evolution engine in a softtail just to get into 13's.

Rep Power: 403 its 218 hp... heh.. yea, well in both cases, i started off slow cause im not use to launching.... and i need to control the gas more because of all the power i need to learn to stop the wheel spin, i am getting use to it now because i just try to lauch on the freeway on ramp... good testing grounds...

would love to get some vids of your car. would be a good time for you to practice driving it right to. nice kill btw. but you should be pickin on bigger fish lol

Rep Power: 283 Temo and Celica you guys should go to LACR. You get more runs in then Cali Speedway and that means alot of practice time. I'm sure Celica could give you alot of pointers at the track. I know Celica knows the routine at both tracks.

Rep Power: 0 I ran my dads honda shadow at the track and ran a 14.63 and it only has about 30hp and I ran his harley deuce which has about 60hp against a bone stock srt4 and pulled about a car on him and I'm a big guy, so it is definatly possiable... if I can do it (not the best motorcycle driver) I'm sure that anyone else can... even the big *** goldwings run high 13s... 250 ninjas run like high 15s I think that's the slowest bike in current production... I mean think about it 120hp +2400lbs that's 20lbs per hp and we run 16s... so 50hp +500lbs which is 10lbs per hp they should be running a whole lot faster
